Barnewall triumphant again as he and Aaron Murphy win 20/20


Defending Street Stock 20/20 Champion, Jack Barnewall makes it two from two alongside co-driver Aaron Murphy as they finished strongly to claim this years AM Wreckers Street Stock 20/20 Challenge on Saturday the 3rd of December.

Barnewall & Murphy finished ahead of a competitive field with the Bridges boys (Brenton & Jarred) finishing in second place and Street Stock veteran Bronty Humphrys and former #12 Street Stock driver, Ryan Willing who finished in third.

Last seasons Junior champion Blake Fletcher had a solid night finishing ahead of in form driver, Cameron Brown on points. Josh Stewart was the best amongst the Production Sedans with Sean Barrett and fill-in co driver for the 20/20 Jeff Pahl finishing second and third respectively. While AMCA drivers Murray Parsons, David Boyes and Greg Horan got some early form heading into next meeting's AMCA Flyin 40 & Tri-Series on the 30th December.

Rohan Ditchburn continued his dominance in the burnouts division as he finished ahead in points over Liddell & Swann. If you are interested in joining the Esperance Speedway burnout division, email esperancespeedway@live.com for more details.
